Compute Absence...


Automatic Compute Absence interface.
The WSIB System Navigator aids the user in computing the data associated with an absence.

The user is guided through each step by being prompted for the all information necessary to compute the following totals:

• Calendar Days Lost
• Actual Number of Work Days Lost
• Number of Hours Lost
• Number of Weeks Lost
• Total Salary Lost
• Total Amount of Benefits Lost (In dollars)
• Total Cost of this Absence (Salary and Benefits Only - in dollars)

Some information is pre-filled from the Employee Information Section.  The user is prompted for the rest of the information required through a series of screens.



Intuitive Ease of Use
The results of this simple three step process computes the totals in this screen. The program automatically computes the results based on a combination of pre-filled and user entered data.
